Day 1:

Catania Arrive and make your own way to the hotel. (D)


Day 2:

Catania – Siracusa – Ragusa Drive to Siracusa to visit the marvellous archaeological area, then continue to the island of Ortigia, to see the magnificent cathedral and Arethusa Fountain. Travel to Ragusa to admire its stunning baroque buildings. Enjoy a tasting of typical Sicilia n products. (B,D)


Day 3:

Ragusa – Caltagirone – Piazza Armerina – Agrigento Drive to Caltagirone, famous for its ceramics and pottery. Continue to Piazza Armerina to marvel at the Villa Romana del Casale’s rich mosaics. After lunch, continue to Agrigento and visit the Valley of the Temples. (B,L,D)


Day 4:

Agrigento – Palermo – Monreale Travel to Palermo with time at leisure. Continue to Monreale and visit the cathedral and the Benedictine Cloister. Enjoy a city tour of Palermo. (B,D)


Day 5:

Palermo – Segesta – Erice – Trapani area – Palermo Depart to Segesta to visit the temple and the theatre. Continue to the medieval village of Erice before returning to Palermo via the unique salt windmills in the Trapani area. (B,D)


Day 6:

Palermo – Cefalu – Nebrodi Park – Taormina Drive to Cefalu to admire its well– preserved Arab–Norman cathedral. Drive through the Nebrodi Park and enjoy lunch in the Miraglia Forest. Continue to Cesarò and Randazzo to visit the north part of Mount Etna. Continue to Taormina, the Pearl of the Ionian Sea. (B,L,D)


Day 7:

Taormina Day at leisure or take an optional excursion (extra cost) to Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano. (B,D)


Day 8:

Taormina – Catania – Malta Travel by air to the delightful island of Malta. (B,D)


Day 9:

Malta Visit the idyllic fishing village of Marsaxlokk with its colourful luzzus, traditional Maltese fishing boats, and Sunday fish market. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Blue Grotto and take an optional boat trip (weather permitting and extra cost). Explore one of Malta's unspoilt villages. The rest of the day is at leisure. (B,D)


Day 10:

Malta Explore Valletta – Malta’s heritage–rich capital. Highlights include the Upper Barracca Gardens and St. John’s Cathedral. The excursion ends with a visit to the Grandmaster’s Palace. (B,D)


Day 11:

Malta Visit Mosta Church, renowned for its magnificent dome and the Botanic Gardens of San Anton. Continue to a craft village, Wignacourt Museum and St. Paul’s Grotto in Rabat. Enjoy a walk through the medieval walled city of Mdina, situated in the centre of the island. (B,L,D)


Day 12:

Malta Tour ends after breakfast with a private transfer to the port or airport. (B)
