Day 1:

Cremona Bicycle fitting, test ride and welcome dinner. (D)


Day 2:

Cremona - Sabbioneta Cycle along the Po River to Sabbioneta. (57 km). (B)


Day 3:

Sabbioneta - Parma Head south to Parma, one of the undisputed culinary capitals of Italy. Stroll around the historical centre before dinner. (58 km). (B,D)


Day 4:

Parma Hills Another day cycling amidst ancient castles and local traditions. Loop ride to the castle of Torrechiara and lunch tasting cured prosciutto and salami (47 km). (B,L)


Day 5:

Parma - Reggio Emilia Stop at a salumificio to see how they make Prosciutto di Parma. Continue along back roads and bike paths to your agriturismo (66 km). (B,D)


Day 6:

Reggio Emilia - Modena Observe a working Parmesan cheese maker and stop at a traditional balsamic vinegar factory en-route to Modena. (50 km). (B,L)


Day 7:

Modena - Bologna Ride to the fortress town of Bazzano. Continue to Bologna with a stop at the University of Gelato. Guided visit of Bologna and farewell dinner. (67 km). (B,D)
