Pollenzo - Grinzane Cavour Morning in Pollenzo. Stroll through the centre and a visit the Wine Bank for a tasting. In the afternoon visit the Piedmont Regional Enoteca, situated inside the Grinzane Cavour Castle, taste some of the Piedmont DOC and DOCG wines, especially those from Langa and Roero. (B)
